I am sceptical about it, because it might be just something like an add-on, and you would pay the price for a full game.

Just because it isn't Assassin's Creed 3 doesn't mean it's a mere add on. I've been paying attention to news and updates about ACB and I am confident in saying that it will be a full game.

1. The length of single player campaign should be just about as long as the story in AC2. It may be a little bit longer, or it may be a little bit shorter. No matter how you look at it, it is still a full length game compared to both the first and second game.

2. There are many improvements when it comes to game play. There will be a few more new weapons, a polished fighting system that is promising to be more fast paced and action oriented than in the previous games, and you will have new ways to assassinate people-such as stealing horses from guards and assassinating enemies from a parachute designed by Leonardo.

3. There is a completely new element being added into ACB. You will be able to recruit new assassins who will be able to provide extra support as you play the game.

I just finished AC2 about ten minutes ago and I can't wait for Brotherhood; unfortunatly I also I want to purchase Black Ops and even more unfortunate I can only afford one or the other. My decision will depend on how good ACB's multiplayer is and how long it can keep me playing.

I have not played the beta, so this is merely my prediction. I believe the multiplayer will be either a hit or miss to players. You will find people who get bored of the online play very quickly, or you will find people who absolutely love the online play.

I used to play CoD4 all the time. I couldn't get into the online play for MW2 though. I have Black Ops, and the online play is much more balanced out. Quick scoping was nerfed and made nearly impossible to rely on, so snipers have to snipe again. The guns are more balanced. And most importantly, kill streaks are much more balanced out. Your killstreaks do not stack! If you kill 5 people, then you kill 2 with an attack helicoptor, your killstreak still remains 5.

Right, the only reason it isn't being called Assassin's Creed 3 is that you're still Ezio in the animus.

Probably, I'm sure I'll end up watching hours of video to determine if I'd really like it or not.

In an hour, I'm leaving to pick up the game. I won't be able to play it until later tonight though.

If you played through Assassin's Creed 2, you should have some Uplay points unlocked. I bought everything Uplay could get on AC2, because you got enough points to buy everything. I'm regretting that now!

In Assassin's Creed Brotherhood, you will be able to unlock even more stuff with Uplay. Unlike AC2, you will not get enough points in that game alone to buy everything, so spend your points wisely.

Myself, and I'm sure most others, will be spending points on an online multilayer equivalent to the harlequin, the helliquin. Most of the other rewards are simply themes, extra knives and weapons for single player, and avatar outfits (I believe). Just a heads up!

It's been a while since I watched the video I linked. You get a bunch of different outfits for Ezio in single player, not avatar outfits. Also you get I believe more ammo for your gun rather than more knives. I'm not rematching the video again. >.<

Okay, so who has played the game and can give me a decent review? IGN seems to want to moan how things have become "too easy" or how things haven't "drastically changed"

Sign I have to wait till March,9,2011 to get my special AC:B with a nice dunking of broken Drm. Still love the series and respect Ubisoft even after what they did to Rayman. It reminds me of Thief 3 and how when climbing up a wall and hitting and uncircumventable pipe then thinking, "Wow, I wish I could free run across the roofs".

I have not read any of IGN's reviews on ACB.

I barely touched the campaign. I agree that the game isn't drastically different from the first two. However, I believe this is a good thing. The combat system has been changed. It's still similar to AC1 and AC2, but it is faster paced. There are some new weapons and the plot continues to move forward. The AC team fixed many issues that people had with AC2, such as not being able to replay memories. There are some more small differences such as the ability to keep weapons you pick up, but I have not been able to confirm this change yet. I really haven't tried.

As for the multiplayer, I am enjoying it a lot. I was up all night playing it, so I shall sleep before I go into more detail about multiplayer.

There is one major issue that really killed the multiplayer experience, and I'm hoping this problem is fixed within the week with a patch update. It takes FOREVER to get into games. I took a stop watch and after 6 minutes, it still didn't get me into a game. I just gave up and went back to the menu. It takes between 4 to 10 minutes to get into a game. It's easier to get into games when you're in a group of 3 or 4 people already. I'm absolutely certain this issue will be fixed in an update soon.

Is your NAT type closed or are you on an open connection?

It's a game issue. I'm not the only person who has had this problem. In fact, everyone has.

Personally, I enjoy the online game play a lot. When you first start playing, it can be confusing how you get more points. Kills can range in value of 100 to 1000! This means how you kill your target is far more important than actually killing them. Of course, if you have to take the 100 points, it's better than them escaping... or stunning you.

The abilities often feel ridiculously overpowered. I have not chased a single person who used a smoke bomb during an actual chase. Generally, people use smoke bombs for when you get close to them. This means they can knock you out as you approach them. Smoke bombs will become one of your worst nightmares quickly. There's also an ability called Templar Vision, which works like Eagle Vision. It allows you to figure out who your targets are. See a huge crowd with 7 Thieves in it and you don't know which one you need to kill? Templar Vision will reveal the real target. Templar Vision does have a cool down and the effect only lasts for a little while though.

The online isn't spectacular, but it is fun. It may not replace games such as CoD or Halo Reach, but it is a nice change of pace.
