The combat system was improved greatly in Assassin's Creed 2. You can expect to see even more improvement in Assassin's Creed Brotherhood.

Yeah, fighting the guards becomes painful and boring to play in AC2...
After some time i was basically just trying to fight them without using weapons so it will be more interesting :S

I'm looking forward to improvements about that

This game seems really cool but i think it has been dwarfed a bit by black ops and reach

Sneaking. Multiplayer is ablout patience. You're looking for a target, and while you're looking for your target someone else is looking for you.

It's a game issue. I'm not the only person who has had this problem. In fact, everyone has.

Well that makes me feel slightly better, I'll have to attempt to get into a game some time tomorrow then; I'm excited for the change I'll get coming form mainly playing FPS's online.

Your goal isn't merely getting all the kills you can, but rather racking points up from how well you perform your kills, escaping from pursuers, and humiliating them. You need a balance of speed and stealth.

I'm really not very good at wanted mode (free for all), but I rarely play it. I spend most of my time playing manhunt. Manhunt is a 4 vs 4 game type where two teams take turns playing the hunters and the hunted. The first half of the game, one team must hide the best they can from the other team. The offensive team must be careful because they have to figure out which character they must kill and try not to kill an innocent civilian. They must also be careful not to get knocked out. After the first round is over, team 2 goes on the offense and team 1 must hide.

You really do have an advantage when you use team work. You want to stick close to your buddies so when one of you is assassinated, your team mate can humiliate the guy who killed you. Same when you switch assassinate and humiliate around. After each attack, you go through a moment of vulnerability. This is why it's nice to have a team mate nearby.

I have a problem with team mates rushing too quickly. I'll be blended into a crowd of people, waiting for my target to walk past me so I can stealth assassinate them and get somewhere between 300 and 600 points. Then, I'll see one of my teammates run up to the guy and kill him for a lousy 100 or 200 points because he didn't want to be stealthy. This is why it's nice to play with friends who have mics and can cooperate well. It's also easier to find other groups to play with online (shorter wait times), but that's only if someone isn't kicked from the party for who knows why. : /

It has a full single player campaign and an online. A lot of people criticized the game stating that it would simply be an online game with a weak single player campaign thrown in simply to make it a full game. These are statements that were made by people who have not played the game before the game's release. After playing through some of the campaign and after playing the online, it's the other way around. It's a full game with multiplayer added to it, not the other way around.

I watched some multiplayer gameplayer on Youtube.
Manhunt looks like something quite intresting that I would like to have a go at.

So it's pretty comparable to what Bioshock 2 did in that sense?

If you love Assassin's Creed's trailer, I wonder what you will think of this.
Just something random I found on Youtube while browsing ACB multiplayer.
