What's the most emotional experience you had in a video game? For me when I was playing Fallout: New Vegas and I was in the Nipton town hall and "Johnny Guitar" played on my radio. Having that sad song in the creepy building kind of made me scared and sad at the same time. And I admit I was almost going to cry when the song was about over.
Halo Reach I dont know if it was because 6 died or because its the last halo game bungies making
Can't say I blame you for that.
It's great that they actually thank you etc instead of just rolling the credits and that's it. I find it great they're giving recognition to the player base (something I find other companies lack), shows a true feel of a labour of love.
it would have to be "Mercenaries 2 World in Flames". i called in 6 emp's,a nuke, and 17 cluster-bombs all on one castle. i think you can figure out the rest.
Moderen Warfare 2. THe mission; Just Like Old Times. When you rappel down the cliff and stab the guy and look him in the eye as he dies.. creepy, and when you throw the knife and shepard that was intense
quite simply, there are too many to list. one of the biggest, i suppose, was playing mohpa, (medal of honor pacific assault) the music combined with seeing your fellow soldiers go down in the pearl harbor mission.. truly haunting. i died many times trying to save them, not realizing they were "scripted deaths", meaning you cant stop them.
thanks highfire, that's only one of many i'v had with the medal of honor games... i remember one guy i did manage to save, i carry him to safety, and get shot in the back. then i realize the guy i saved is a medic lol! he bends over me, and trys to save me but im too far gone... it was sad, but a bit cool too. and frustating. i had almost beat the level, too... p.s never thought my first post ever would get a quote =)
Just to let you know that woods isnt dead because there is an email on the computer from X which shows you a picture and sais that he is the last remaining POW in vietnam
