This was originall started by fluffybunny442 a while back. Lolz, I necro'd it :P

In this contest, I will give an image to you, and you alter/change the image as much as you can, and make it look super awesome. Then I will judge your image on a scale of 1-10. Also, it would be awesome if we could have 2 or 3 judges.

And, I really would like to participate in this, so if someone else could I would really appreciate it.

sorry for double post but jdogg, maybe something easier that is very hard! Maybe a place/scene would be better, or something with much less details

I want to at least go through one contest, and undecisiveness isn't going to help. So no, we are using that picture.

CommanderDude7, your picture might've been simple, but it still made me laugh. The lime is adorable. (That's something I never thought I'd say)

I just played around in GIMP for a while. I've barely used GIMP before, so it's not all that great. Guess the only reason why I'm uploading it is so the scared lime wont get lonely.

I've seen worse for beginners in gimp. I learned on Photoshop at school and then transitioned to gimp since I dont have $600 for Adobe.

I tried a bunch of different filters and tools, and I undid many of them, so I'm not completely sure of what's used in that picture and what was undone.

Here's what I think I did (Oh, and my version is in Swedish, so my translation might not be exactly what it's called in the English version):

I used Cartoonify to get the thick outlines.
Then I think I used the neon filter thingie to get rid of some of that colour in the lime.
Then I highlighted the lime area and used the colouring option to make it completely green (neon had messed upo the colours a bit).
Then I inverted the highlight and used another option which English name I don't know to make the rest of it a grayscale.

It's possible that I did more and just forgot about it. As I said, it was mostly trial and error, and lots of CTRL + Z.

hmm? What i did is easy to do! i wanted to make it more of an artistic piece than just a change in the picture. (good choice in picture btw, it's very cool)
