My guess would be that it tastes similar to monkey brain, which is eaten in some parts of the world. However, I don't know what monkey brain tastes like either, so that might not help answer your question.

Also, prions would only be spread cannabalistically in a society that openly encouraged that. Prions aren't spread by single exposures to nervous tissues.
