I guess it would taste like very mushy and skichy meat soaked with blood. Or like a very disguisting jello with a aftertaste that makes you vomit for hours....

My guess would be; quite good if well cooked; you just have to get past the disdain and horror of actually eating it. I'm sure anybody would like it unless they're told it's actually brains, like cat food...Hmmm, at food...

I've had goat-brains mixed in with scrambled eggs. Didn't really have any flavor. IT was like pinkish, flavorless eggs.
