If I could eat a brain? You mean "how do you eat your brains?" Well there are a few easy steps in preparing the perfect brain.

Step 1. Find a brain. This step is pretty easy, seeing as pretty much all animals have brains, just go pick your favorite.

step 2. Remove brain from selected target. This is the tricky part, be carefull not to spill any of the brain juice, or else your not gonna have the desired flavor later on.

step 3. At this stage you should have in....

I would imagine it would taste all spongy and....stuff...

People actually eat cow brains. Never ate it myself but I'd imagine it'd taste like a very pungent and mushy type of beef with a repulsive aftertaste.

I bet you taste like chicken, that insect flying around tastes like chicken, that chicken on TV tastes like chicken, your neighbor's dog tastes like chicken, your parents taste like chicken, that stray cat tastes like chicken and the meat in your fridge tastes like chicken.

If cow, pig and goat brains are any indication then they taste a bit like veal with the consistency of scrambled eggs, if prepared correctly.

Yes I saw Andrew Zimmern eat a calf brain, I figure all sorts of brains would at least taste similar right?
