Hackers caused PSN to shutdown, but I'm really mad that it has taken Sony, a multi trillion dollar company, 3 (going on 4) DAYS to take care of the problem. That's a fail
Ha, Now today Sony is saying they will be giving extensions to all Plus members and everyone that is not a member they are going to give them a 30 day free plus membership and a 30 day free music downloads from quirocity, and some free game downloads :P so this is actually kinda a plus

From what I heard the Quirocity thing was only for people who already subscribed to it.
its a free 30 day thing and new black ops dlc comes out soon! perfect timing right? unless of corse it comes out for ps3 31 days after its back on............ has anyone looked recently? maybe its on right now
The plus means that you can get discounts on games that they [Sony] feels like discounting that month. The free downloadable games are what they feel like letting Playstation plus subscribers download. It changes every month so hopefully they won't give us bad stuff for this month.
some ps3 advocate (in japan i think) said that they would be restoring services, including music, video, AND PSN OMFG GAMING AHHHH I GET TO PLAY CRYSIS 2 ON AN HD TV . anyways yeah tomorrow
If you think your in danger, terminate your credit card. These hackers ruined the entire PSN system so I bet that Sony has been working 24/7 to get PSN back and to fix it. It needs to be rebuilt from the core because almost everything was destroyed.
Everything wasn't destroyed it was just that the security was flawed just the 2nd layer of security sony made on the PS3. But it does need to be redone because the new security needs to be put in and that is what is taking them so long to do it.
