Hackers caused PSN to shutdown, but I'm really mad that it has taken Sony, a multi trillion dollar company, 3 (going on 4) DAYS to take care of the problem. That's a fail

I think that info is for PSN for SCEE and SCEA too. To me it wouldn't make sense if they just fixed the problems for PSN in just one region instead of doing it all together.
It's probably not up yet but will be hopefully in a day or two. I was on a few hours ago and PSN still wasn't up. I kept checking everyday for the past two weeks being disappointed every time. I miss playing Killzone 3 multiplayer.
