This is my thread for posting my poetry. Most of it is upsetting. Please comment and make suggestions. I will post often as I have a lot of feeling and emotion.

Not Anybody, But You

Your love is the key to my happiness,
Waiting for a kiss of an angel.
When our eyes meet, it lights the room,
All alone too painful.

If I take you to the promise land,
Our sighted future, hand in hand.
Every push to every shove.
To every kiss, to find our love.

I'll idolize you,
If you give me a clue.
Will you stomp on my heart?
Leaving me blue?

The question asks, will you be my one?
Will we ride off into the sun?
Never felt this way about a soul.
Not schoolgirl cheerleaders on girls on poles.

Give me a chance to find your heart.
Don't let your dark side
Tear us apart.

In My Mind

Racing through each corner,
Of my hurten thoughts.
I don't deserve the pain I get,
For the fight I fought.

Leaving through the wide open door,
Of my fragile and painful mind.
A frown runs across my saddened face.
Or what I thought once shined.

Acceptance

For all the pain I have endured,
A light of hope is nearing.
The sound of awakening hits my ears,
That soothes my punished hearing.

Moving along, stepping aside.
From all we ever had.
Wishing to avoid a scene.
Believe me. I'm not sad.

My Number One

If my life were one big contest,
You'd be my big grand prize.
Others say that I am crazy,
They think I tell these lies.

But the truth I tell,
Through Heaven and Hell.
My mom and dad you see,
Are my two and my three.

The whistle of the wind that blows,
The sounding of a gun.
No matter what the cost. No matter where we are.
You are my number one.

Without You

For what I thought you would've been,
Loved me til the end.
You crushed my heart in a thousand ways,
Atleast just be a friend.

Everyday I wake up, tear rolls down my eye.
I would say I don't miss you.
But that would be a lie.

Ignorant and carelessness lays upon your soul.
Can we have something together?
Maybe.
Just give back my love you stole.

My Wonderworld

I invite to the greatest land,
Where evil and good stand hand and hand.
For all that's sad leaves all behind,
Make you see what all is blind.

Sorrow and anger leave my palace,
My land spreads wide, from Detroit to Dallas.
You are invited to my humble planet.
Where all that lives, is a place of granite.
