Are there map packs or anything for this game that add more maps to multiplayer? I don't want to complain or anything, but I'd like some more maps. I dislike those maps with the ship crates since those just depend on whose gun is faster (because you're running through the maze of crates a lot) and many people camp on the buildings, so there are only a few that I really like. I'd definitely pay for some more maps, though.

Look up the Back to Karkand DLC, it's coming out in December and adds new weapons, vehicles, and maps. It's free if you pre-ordered the game, and 15 bucks if you didn't. The new maps or at least one of them has harriers, its beasty
oh BF3 what can i say its the best FPS i ever played frostbite 2 is amazing, the patch came out today and it seemed to fix alot of the bugs in it! i love how they LISTEN TO THE COMMUNITY its great! amazing job dice! - SoScaryy--
i havnt played it but i saw my friends playing on their computer ... in it we just destroy whole iran !!!! lol its so cool i love the game and ill try to buy it ...(it has a cool story) by the way i am a iranian !!

I really can't feel the same way about this one, or any other shooter. Most lobbies I go in are filled with campers (all FPS games nowadays), it's difficult to find people that actually run around and play. Only thing I get out of people camping is that I get easy kills, but I don't find that fun. I'd rather have an actual challenge.
I'm not saying camping is bad, but there are times when it's good to do it and when you don't do it. A good time to do it is when you're surrounded by enemies and if you go outside then you're dead, when you're reloading or checking your other weapons, and when you have low health. Now, all other times are unnecessary in my eyes. I don't see what's so fun about sitting in a corner, building, or whatever and waiting for someone to pass by so you can spray them. And before anyone rages, snipers aren't campers. They're supposed to actually sit in spots for long periods of times because that's what snipers are for. But if you're not using a sniper rifle then you go out and try to kill people.

It is the best online FPS I have played in quite a while but not the best FPS I have ever played. Still Battlefield is definitely better than COD at this point. And 360 still hasn't gotten the patch, but from what I have heard the patch did quite a bit of unnecessary nerfing....
I didn't notice it if they did, and I use all the weapons whenever I play just to improve myself with them. Updates/fixes. Mortars... eh, I don't find it fun sitting in the back of the map shooting that thing, and a week ago I did notice they were a bit overpowered, so that's good they toned those down. Tactical lights? I absolutely hate those and the laser thing, it's just annoying getting flashed by those when you're close up with an enemy or teammate, but at least it gives away their position, so an easy kill if they are at a distance. I think they did good with this patch regardless.
Probably the most intense, beautiful, and realistic shooter out there. When i get in an intense far ranged sniper duel i literally start sweating and when i come out on top, there isn't a feeling any better.
So I was playing a match a little bit ago and I'm sure an enemy revived me. Is that possible? The enemy was hovering over me with the things to revive people with, so I think it is. But once I got up I sprayed him with my machine pistol.
The Saiga 12K is my new favorite weapon. I think it's one of the better shotguns in the game. I unlocked it about two-three hours ago and I've been dominating with it ever since. I'm usually going 20-35/4-7 with it. On the small level with the ship boxes I went 30-2, so it's a great weapon if you run and gun. Also, on Seine Crossing six people were camping in one of those tunnels and I ran in front of it and just kept firing with the Saiga 12K and took out four of them. I can't wait to unlock the other shotguns, they look good. So how I look at it is get one of the shotguns you unlock at a higher rank and get extended mag and you'll dominate if you play smart.
The only maps I can really use snipers on and be good with them are Tehran Highway and Caspian Border, otherwise I don't use them. On Tehran it's ridiculously easy to snipe because most of the enemy players are bunched up with each other, and you also can get to the back of the map and still see them perfectly. I mainly use the SV98 because it's the only sniper I have aside from the starter one.
I still haven't completed all the coop missions, I did the first one, but they're kind of boring to me. I'll eventually get to them because you can get some weapons from doing them.
And I've gotten the first service star on the assault and engineer kits. I'm currently working on the support kit, and I'm going to do the recon one after it.
