So apparently we aren't allowed to make "rate above you" threads, So I am going to go ahead and make a "Review above you" thread since the "Review That Movie" thread is going pretty well.

So anyways, keep your posts to AT LEAST a couple sentences, and if you have never heard the song PLEASE look it up on youtube. Since this is classic rock, not metal, hard rock, rap, or hip hop (AC/DC, metallica, cannibal corpse, Lil Wayne, 50 Cent, etc...) IS NOT ALLOWED.

So anyways, here is the first song!

Heartbreaker by: Led Zeppelin.

What about early AC/DC, with Bon Scott, that's pre-1980?

*Ahem* sorry chaotix... according to the moderators we must post more than that is this thread is going to survive.... So post maybe a one or two sentence review of the song posted. I know its more of a hassle, and not as fun as the other rating threads, but apparently this is how it is going to be.

So if someone would please rate either:

Child of Vision by: Supertramp

or

Heartbreaker by: Led Zeppelin

and then post their own song to be reviewed.

I'll review both so it won't cause any confusion.

Heartbreaker is an amazing song by Led Zeppelin. I love the powerful bass lines. 8.4/10

Child of Vision is also an outstanding song and one of my favorite classic rock songs. One I can listen to repeatedly. 8/10

Thunderstruck by AC/DC

Fox, I think we had some confusion but I give that a 7/10. I love AC/DC's sound, but a lot of their songs sound the same. I do like the song though

I'll repost this one

Oh sorry, my fault entirely. A late ninja and a precise ninja. Doubled me >.>

5150 is one of my favorite songs by Van Halen. I've always loved their amazing sound. 8/10

I like Ozzy even though he is at the heavier end of my listening spectrum. However I was surprised by this song. The video I found was very good quality and quite intriging. Th structure is quite basic though the lyrics are great and are just, well, classic Ozzy.

One of my favourite songs from Tommy (Though smash the mirror is better) and the one to most readily enter public attention. The pinbally sounds of the guitar are interesting at the start and give rise to an epic display live by Pete townshend (though you would expect nothing less from The Who live) The lyrics are enjoyable to listen to though it was only put on the albumas an after thought. I love the booming bass of John entwistle through out a well 9.314/10
