Do you want me to judge in the next round too?

Idea: What if the prize was that the winner gets to pick the next picture to be edited?
Or I could try to get a merit prize from a mod.

Personally, I don't think this contest has content that deserves a merit award... Since editing pictures is pretty easy (even if it takes some skill to make it look good).
An other moderator might disagree with me on that, though, so ask around if you want to.

Also, we again have the "who does the original image belong to" issue.
You got that one from Photobucket. You should post credits like:
What album is the picture from?
How did you find the picture?
If you know, who made the picture?

It's difficult to find images on the net that you don't need to post info about if you alter it and repost. It's not that difficut to post the info about them, though.

Btw, if we can get the credits remembered and all that, I'll totally enter. Photomanipulation is fun~

But how do you change the pictures?

You use a photo editing program, like Photoshop! Or Paint, or whatever :P

Use whatever program you are comfortable with, I feel comfortable with photoshop, maybe you should search around the web.
