I know this topic has probably been done a hundred times but it's always fun to discuss weapons, If you have pictures post them so we can all see.
My favorties: 1. HK G36C 2. AA .12 aka Street Sweeper (full auto 12 gauge shotgun) 3. PWS Diablo (7in. piston upper receiver, about the same size as an MP5 but chambered in 5.56mm) and finally 4. Bushmaster ACR (formally Magpul's Masada and much better than the FNH SCAR in my opinion)
lol its funny i've seen a few replys from little kids who say there favorite wepon and the reason its funny is because there all from call of duty haha. i mostly like ar 15's there cheap cheap to shoot can carry it easy and very durable backs a pretty good punch to its really cheap if you get the attachment to shoot .22 cal
AR's are nice, I agree that they're cheap to get and fire, and endless accessories to attach. The only problem with them at the moment is the ammo shortage. Law Enforcement agencies are becoming militarized and employing the use of more and more PPU's (SWAT) and also using more and more "atrol carbines," not to mention the military's consumption of ammo. So being able to get a decent amount of 5.56 or even .223 ammo takes awhile to get, and the waiting list alone for an AR at this point is huge because people are afraid Obama will put a ban on them.
Nice? They're awesome. They're actually the most popular assault rifle in the world, and for a good reason. They are easily mass produced and are very reliable. They fire a kick ass 7.62x39mm round with 30 rounds a mag. I like them too, but so does everyone else, so I chose a different one as my favorite.
You made the same post in two separate threads, one of them about WWII weapons. You probably just googled big gun and posted a scary looking image. So do us all a favour and GTFO.
I was wondering when someone was going to post about the M82 Barret. Has to be one of the most insane weapons out there in the battle field today. It's a psychological weapon if anything else. Knowing that death can strike from anywhere at anytime and the fact that what is gliding through your body like a hot knife through butter was originally meant to stop vehicles... I feel bad for the insurgents in Iraq and Afghanistan who've gotten thrown across the room and splattered after getting hit with that bad boy...really...I feel sorry for those guys...
