You just need to open you eyes. This is a world where every step you take, someone might kill you. If you are to survive, You have to know about everyone. I will tell you about a few if you want to know. The few that are okay to be around, are the fairies, a few of the elves, maybe a demon or two, some of the wolves. But I don't know of any vampires that are good. Besides my self that is.
The fairies have many classifacations, but that would take a while. The Elves.... are playful you could say. But they are dangerous if you piss them off. Demons.... oh the demons... The ones that are okay, are the money hungry ones. They are the ones that will do anything for money, and don't care if a human is the one that gives the payment. You just have to make the highest offer. The wolves are nice you could say. If they realize that you are better in combat, they will be good. But the vampires... Pure evil. I have never met on that isn't. I am not saying it isn't possible, but I havne't met any. Ever. And I have been here for quite some time.

Add in the gray or grin skin, guttural tones and no females that are known of. It is wildly suspected that orcs simply spawn from the rocks as they're to vile to actually be born (I just made that last part up, but you could probably use it) The female thing is true, i've never read about an Orc female.
ummmm i read alotta fantasy books. (ie: dragonlance series, forgotten swords series.) and many other books by R.A. Salvatore, but in not one have i ever heard of orcs being turned to stone. that is TROLLS that seem to have that problem. and yeah there are orc females, and no they're not creatures of stone.. the pech are the creature of stone... sorry if this is wrong...

The hobbit. I also believe either trolls or giants of stone has been mentioned I the disc world series, but I am not planning to check. It is a common myth that trolls become stone if they are out in sunlight. Often they will either be turned to stone forever, or till the sun goes down. This doesn't happen to the Norwegian trolls, though.

Elemental...ninjas!?...Well I tried to write something about elementals as a child, you know, four heros bearing the power of earth, fire and so on, beating the crap out of mean deities with super spells and blades and arrows...Ah yeah, I remember that my water character design used a sickle and protected the party with shields. You know how they say that defense is the best offense and vice-versa, well when he wanted to attack, he would use the water in the body of his foes to form shields inside them (OW!?)...Ah...good times...
I had this EPIC story. all typed out. THEN MY FRIGGIN COMPUTER GOT A VIRUS. MOTHA FUDGA. and lady gaga is a cool hermaphrodite. XD My story was called FEAR and it was sooooo cool! wayy longer than this story.... and it had all of these japanese names of me and my friends, and then they called to the elements with weird names and then the roof fell and then their sensei died. yeah it was ballin.
