This is a thread on Mythical Creatures and Beasts, obviously.

So what are you're thoughts on some? Do you believe in them? Which one(s) are your favo(u)rites? Etc. etc.

Now, who would like to share a mythical creature/beast with us?

Yes, in several places actually. The story was that they refused to obey Noah for some reason or another and so were made extinct by the Noachian Flood.

Please tell me you didn't just state that the Bible proves the existence of something.


Oh seriously Kyouzou, you don't know me well enough by now to tell that was sarcastic? No, the Bible is not proof of anything other than the creativity of a few and the gullability of many.

I've heard people refer to pesky birds as flying rats, hence the term I used. It was just a joke.

English is not my main language, but I believe that "flying rats" refer to pigeons.

Anyways, since so many mythical creatures have been said already, how about allowing creatures from movies/books/art as well? 'Cus I'd like to nominate Mogwai from Gremlins.

my favorite mythical beast is griffins. lions are awesome. eagles are awesome. lion+eagle=epic

I don't see then how other animals can't be awesome either.

Griffins are pretty nice though.

Hmm. It's hard to decide. I really like alot of them and would hate to not be able to pick them all, but I suppose yo want just one choice.
Well then I would probably say the Furies. I think they're actually cool and dangerous at the same time. Wouldn;t it be awesome to have one? I think it would be.
Just make sure that when you place my order it comes pre-trained. It's a pain to try and train something Mythological...

Furies were actually intelligent, I think they count more as demons then they do creatures or beasts.
