I have this sort of problems were every time I go to bed I have to wait like an hour to actually catch some Z's. Does any body have ways to go to sleep faster?
Hey, gues I'm back I had to go to bed last night (how ironic) and I just woke up in my comfy bed on my Ipod (again how ironic). I'm not going with the sleeping pills considering my age (I'm not going to tell) and like Orion said:
Also, disregard sleeping pills. They don't actually work very well, and can have adverse long term effects. They also make it harder to wake up. Enjoy sleeping through your alarm clock . . . for several hours.
NEVER EVER use the computer before you try sleeping. it has been proven that the light in screens is much like sunlight in the way it wakes you up. Soooooooo many people are up all night on the computer then complain about sleep. Get off the screen and you might notice a change.

I often find this as my situation..
Me: Geez, it's 8 am already and I feel as tired as hell... *hibernates computer and leaves to room*
Leave it to Graham to not focus on the point of just taking allergy pills just because, but because he want's to point out that they taste horrible. Ah, I missed you. ANYWAY, I have this same problem, but I agree with doing a workout. What might help is just let your mind go on a total brainstorm. And I mean TOTAL BRAINSTORM. It will tire your mind out and you will fall asleep.
Im on the computer all day long. Then before sleeping watch some tv. Then lay down in your bed and tighten yourself up to the wall(If you bed is at the wall). Use your blanket to tuck yourself in. Close your eyes and there you go.
For some reason, I sorta scare myself to sleep. I make zombie stories in my head, and figure out how to survive the walkers. I jusy continue my story the next night until i lull myself to sleep.

opposite for me. if i think of anything like that, I will continue to think about it, whether I'm trying to or not, for hours before i fall asleep
