I have this sort of problems were every time I go to bed I have to wait like an hour to actually catch some Z's. Does any body have ways to go to sleep faster?
Umm, I don't recommend the exercise thing, it gets adrenaline flowing and then you're up even longer. I just listen to my radio really low, so I can barely hear it, doesn't keep anyone else awake and it forces you not to move around because then you will not be able to hear the music...
Eat/Drink medicine if you are sick. If you have a dog or a similar pet, having them near you can make you relax. Make sure you are not too warm, and not too cold.
eh, I use alcohol. Works very well for me, and it keeps me from having bad dreams. For you younger folks, though, I would recommend ceasing any activities which stimulate the brain at least 1 hour before going to bed. These would be most video games and other computer usage, reading, or physical activity. The brain is the organ that must relax to induce sleep so quit using it as much as possible prior to bed.
