I've been procrastinating on buying a new console (you know, distracted by ArmorGames 'n all).. I've heard good things about both, and both are now in my price range. Right now it seems like Xbox360 is the favorite, but in 5 years which one will be on top? I've always been a PlayStation person, and I feel like it could possibly make a comeback. My PlayStation is also my DVD player, so having that BlueRay would also be nice.. what are the upsides to the 360? And ultimately, which one is better?
PS3 all the way, what doesn't a Ps3 have?, it sotores pics, music, movies, you can watch movies, go on the internet free, and play great quality games.
been honest you cant say that 360 has better games now i mean KILLZONE 2 has just came out proberbly the best game of the year and if now one heres got a top of the range hd tele with 1080p and both console then you would be able to compare the graffics and see that ps3 has better graphics when 360 came out i loved it but now i must say that im turning the other way to ps3
The PS3 is much much better the Xbox360 is too expensive when you could just get a PS3 for less, £310 for an Xbox elite with 4 years of live membership, which you are going to have atleast or £280 for an 80gb PS3 with two games and a blu-ray movie, and the PS3 has better graphics and a more powerful processor coupled with an upgradable harddrive (standard 3.5 inch computer one) and you get Killzone 2 which is better than any Halo game hands down I WONDER...

i woul have to say PS3 i have one and while i agree that the PS3 is a bit expensive i still think its a reliable system to have it has good games so what if it doesnt have that many exclusives there are a fair bit coming out this year in the end its up to you though and killzone 2 is a great game to get for it

I definitely agree with you. To me it seems like Microsoft, wants to suck money out of you by charging fees for downloadable content and they also are charging you to pay for an enjoyable online experience.
PS3's are crap and have copied 360's achievements and 360 are more original now and cheaper and have less to go wrong with them.

PS3's aren't crap. They are much more powerful in hardware specifications than the XB360 and the PS3 also has free online service, Blu Ray and it does have some excellent games.
