Hackers caused PSN to shutdown, but I'm really mad that it has taken Sony, a multi trillion dollar company, 3 (going on 4) DAYS to take care of the problem. That's a fail

It's fully back in the US, and they're still working on the UK and Canada.

I'm kinda worried/mad now. I tried logging into PSN and it says my username and password are incorrect. I tried to email the password back to myself by pressing the "forgot password?" but I didn't get an email. I went on the website and it says my region's PSN is not up yet. Hopefully that is the reason and no one hacked my account and changed the password. :'(

I can finally play Killzone 3. I was planning to do so for the first time before the Hack and then...well you know.

well if anyone cant get on its because so many people were trying to reset the passwords they took down psn for approximately 30 minutes

Yeah, it kept saying there was an error when I tried to change the password. PSN might as well be down for me right now.

How do you even reset the password? It said it sent me an email, and look, no email.
