Hackers caused PSN to shutdown, but I'm really mad that it has taken Sony, a multi trillion dollar company, 3 (going on 4) DAYS to take care of the problem. That's a fail
I dont know how it is now, or if the problem is already resolved but all I did was install the update, attempt to sign in, and type in a new password. It was seriously as simple as that...just like hacking PSN.
Yeah, but you can do it right from your PS3. I logged on to mine and it directed me to login to PS Network. When I did so it required me to choose a new password. Although I did read on one of the Sony sites that they may not have full functionality everywhere as of yet, but that at the latest by 31 May all PSN and Quirocity services should be back to full functionality.
Well, one of the gifts from PSN is a free game. You can pick one out of Dead Nation, Little Big Planet, Infamous, Wipeout HD + Fury, and Super Stardust HD. I'm going to get Infamous of LBP. Which one do I choose? I'm leaning towards getting LBP. Help please!
@d_dude I'd also like to mention that Infamous is an amazing game! The graphics are a bit sub-par, but the gameplay and story make up for it immensely. I'm pretty much certain you will enjoy yourself.
Apparently PSN is coming back up and all PSN users will get one month free PSPlus, and certain games will become free. PS3 is awesome The only reason Xbox didn't get hacked is because who would want to hack Xbox?
