pc is bettah. u kno that mac is way overpriced and u hav more control on pc's. also, no viruses cuz it takes like 2 yers 2 make a program or game cuz it has 2 be PERFECTLY designed. bottom line, macs r cool, but pc's r bettah!
Macs lack some things to play games, like Unity. And I've read that Macs don't play flash games well. I don't like how much Macs cost either; they want me to pay for something just because of the brand, when you look into the specs of it you can just get a wonderful PC for a lower price. I don't see how they're better either, sure they don't get viruses, but you won't get any on a PC if you get security. And I also don't see how they are better than PCs, from what I've seen on comparison videos on YouTube there's barely any difference in them. So you're just paying for the brand and no viruses.. but I don't want to spend that much money for something useless for me.
Hello. To Ghost of matrix i say "what you have heard is lies. Macs perform as good as pc's in games that have been made for both mac and pc and for games such as minecraft macs have a much better performance.
I'm a PC fanboy and I'll tell you all why instead of just raging at Mac. I'll do a visa versa thing here.
PC > Mac at handling computer gfx on a high end Mac > PC at graphic/video/audio handling and UI PC >> Mac on certain program supports. Such as, Flash. Flash is a wonderful tool and application. And Mac and their former head management was so, so very anti-flash. My point: re: Mac, you MUST use their program support for the internet. While a PC based system can freely operate. Mac > PC for virus control. Well, I shouldn't say control because no one takes the time to write viruses for the Mac system. Mac is the unpopular kid in school that no one wants to talk to. The iPhone has in fact had a few malicious programs (viruses) written for it. So, it has had attacks against its platform. And if Mac gets more popular than naturally more viruses will be wrote for it. Mac > PC at generally off-the-shelf sexy look. Now, towers, yes, can be modded to have really unique and cool fans and liquid cooling yada yada yada. My tower is custom and I like it. Only recently have PC's begun to make the Mac style PC tower or screen only. Which can be a terrible nightmare should there be hardware issues. Which brings me to another point... PC >> Mac at hardware support. Period. If you Mac poo's the bed you need to send it in to Mac. (Yes, I understand the Genius Bar process) And it sounds like an effing expensive nightmare. For a PC, it CAN get expensive but generally there are a lot more options.
Well there are just a few off the top of my head. Digest that and I'll be willing to argue in well mannered sense. Thank you! /pb
Macs get less games Macs are so much more expensive and cost more to get the same specs as a cheaper pc Macs are overhyped Pcs can get anti virus software so macs not getting viruses isn't really something amazing
I am a anti-apple person. I like Windows but am not in love. My favorite OS is Linux. I use Ubuntu. It has security and I also think it is prettier than a Mac. It has the app system as well.
A normal PC is better downloading stuff and normally PC Games. But Mac is more a work computer, it's great for browser games, not the best Computer to download stuff, but i got a iMac, and iMac/Mac cannot drive normal PC games. On a CD-Rom.
PC is much better on a PC you have full acess to all games for a Computer. with a MAC only some games come out for you and you might have to wait some time for it to be realsed for MAC. also Many PCs can handle gaming much better than a Mac
Ive alwasy been pro pc(windows), i grew up using windows xp, and i loved it, windows 7 is basically an upgrade(as they all are) and i have also used a mac. They are extremely nice, nothing wrong with them.
sorry, not everything was supposed to be a quote, heres what i said in reply: You can't say any pc runs faster. It all depends on the operating system, how up to date it is, how cluttered it is. You can have a mac that runs windows, or a windows pc that runs linux, so... really, every computer differs, no matter what, you dont know what your saying.
