Saying a kind of person is awesome isn't racist it may be stereotyping but if someone said all the people in my continent was awesome I wouldn't take insult to it would you?
Now if they would beat russia I don't know if you mean one on one I couldn't tell you since most people talk about nuclear weapons but I don't see these two countries using them since every countries would then side with the victim so I guess we have to look at millitary forces such as ground/air/sea... and all other ressources it's hard to tell since you've also got to take allies into consideration.
