Why would I want to? If they are malevolent, and had the technology to travel from there planet to ours they would likely not offer a target for me to attack. Also since we have no idea of and alien species anatomy there's no real telling what would and would not effect them.

I was thinking more along the lines of death by hurricane but water alone might do the job. I tend to agree with Mage when it comes to the technological superiority over us as being too advanced to infect their "mother board on the Mother Ship" with a crude, slow virus.
