This was originall started by fluffybunny442 a while back. Lolz, I necro'd it :P
In this contest, I will give an image to you, and you alter/change the image as much as you can, and make it look super awesome. Then I will judge your image on a scale of 1-10. Also, it would be awesome if we could have 2 or 3 judges.
And, I really would like to participate in this, so if someone else could I would really appreciate it.
This is the other one I was thinking of posting, please tell me which is more appealing
Oddly I was thinking of doing the same thing. Flipping one upside down. I wasn't the only one thinking it. I wonder if I have time to enter this round.

You have plenty of time, and this happened to me with another post, I was thinking of making the tree emit a light from the middle ect.
phsyco, your second one is much better... but where did the sun go?
I guess the sun is behind the tree? I dunno I moved it somewhere and now it's gone :P
The clouds, boot shadow, and airplane engine smoke were done by me in GIMP with default brushes.
I cut out the tube swing, boot, plane, and city skyline. The tube swing, plane and city skyline were resized. The plane and city skyline were blurred. The city skyline was warped along a curve. The tube swing had the ropes from the inside cut, pasted resized, color changed, and turned into the ropes for the tube swing.
Nice background! The whole thing itself gives it a feel of experiences. I don't know if all these things were put there for a reason but it just seems they all accord to something in your past. It's pretty cool.
Reton I answered a while back... you can use other images as long as you cite your sources, which you did. Great job rendering everything in, except for the life preserver, it needs a better persepctive.
Yeah, I'm sorry about that. I missed a couple pages somehow and then after I posted read those pages, which contained your answer. I was going to say that I read it and then say sorry about saying that no one answered, but I didn't want to double post. Anyway sorry, my fault.
Let's just pretend the ropes are off center and that the tube is being pushed upward by the force of the connecting ropes, taking in the account the friction coefficient, the acceleration due to gravity, and the tension on the ropes. What????
