PC's are less exppensive but have much worse performance.
That's a gross (and meaningless) generalization. PCs aren't limited to certain configurations like Macs. If you build a PC to the equivalent specs of any iMac, you'll spend less money and have the same level of performance. Barring any little details due to difference of OS.
Of course, you've got to piece it together, which is always the better thing to do, not buy a ready-made PC setup. If you want purely the best price/performance relationship, your top choice is never going to be a standard-issue setup like a Mac.

No, they don't. In fact they use the exact same parts, the difference is Apple charges much more. This is a little out of date, but Apple has not gotten any better.
Personally, I haven't used a Mac, but I have tried in a computer shop. Yeah, the designs look good, but, as other people stated, some games can't run on Mac. The old games, that is. Yes, I think Windows is better than Mac on price, performance and gameplay (For games).
PC Has the best customization and can play any PC game (of Course) any game on steam that it can run. I just hate the MAC especially the ones that are built into the monitor.
Not only can PCs be far more powerful than a Mac (seriously, try to find a Mac with two 12 thread processors and 48GB of quad channel memory without taking out a mortgage on it), but even a standard make that costs multiple grand can be made on your kitchen table for $800 to $1000.
Plus you can be absolutely sure your parts aren't made by the lowest bidder and that the only thing you're actually spending that $3500 on is the OS.
Seriously, Mac is overpriced, underpowered, and useless for gaming. Completely useless. The only things you absolutely need that much power for, gaming and video effects, outperform Mac on every level simply because 85% of computers are PCs, and therefore 85% of software (at least) is designed for the sole use of a PC. Things are made on PC then ported to Mac (in the vast majority of cases).
I think that this thread should have been Microsoft versus Apple. That way we could take more things into consideration like that the Zune sucks and Ipod is better

Not to mention that since viruses are harder to find on a Mac, people are more likely to pirate software if they can, because it's safer.
One could argue about Apple providing more apps and stuff, but who the heck could fit more the 250,000 apps on their device? And most of them do the same thing or nothing at all.
Android has less than 100,000 less apps, but over 100,000 more free apps.
Pc forewer because u just need some power to play games and in mac it is not so many possible and on PC you can be easily configured to practicly everzthink , Mac is just for girls who dont know anythig about this
