Mac is better than pc at everything exempt for the choice of games so most of you will say PC but It is a work computer. Plus the OS for mac is way more advanced.
I prefer to stay with my mac. Windows machines has so many issues. Everyone uses games and price for an excuse.
The print wizard can't find the printer half the time. Search option is worse than Spotlight for the mac. The Zune ? Anyone still using that poor excuse of an mp3 player ?
As for Windows 7, that's just an update that Windows Vista actually needed a long while back. It's not a new OS. Watching people cringe and stick with Windows XP is proof that the PC community doesn't always believe in their products. Why do you think there are so many Linux users out there that can't stand Windows ?

Not anymore. Years ago Mac was better for video and photo editing because it had better software, now however there is equal or better software available for Windows and Mac has no advantage.

Actually most just skipped vista and went to 7, which is the new standard windows operating system in most places.

@Evoza You took the words out of my keyboard-using hands! Windows is good if you're computer is...expendable, Mac is good for work, albeit Macs are useless at gaming because most games are made for Windows. But hey, I use a Mac! It's how I rule my internet utopia. My PC is so slow it barely manages my favorite games. Oh, and Microsoft bought Skype. It's no wonder my friends only use it when they have to.
Most major ones are designed for PCs only 1 major 1(that i've heard of) was for mac.
The Mac commercials with the two people representing Mac and Windows were stopped because of virus problems on Macs.

I disagree, Windows computers are repairable by pretty much anyone, and it can be done quickly. Macs on the other hand are supposed to go to apple for repairs, which often results in an entirely new computer rather than replacing the problem part. This makes Windows better for work because it can be fixed easily on the spot.
My WIndows failed me last year by suddenly replacing all my saved work with empty space. My Mac, however, has never failed me. But the new laptops have a major problem; Battery is irreplaceable. But if you want a laptop for work, a laptop that runs quickly, you're better off with an Apple. I have never seen a laptop that can compete with an Apple.

Apple laptops also have overheating problems. And I believe Asus and Sager make better laptops for less.
Never heard of Sager, and most laptops overheat, the brand doesn't matter. An Acer would burn my lap over a long period of time just as much as an Apple. To counter this problemo, a little thing called the laptop stand was made. You may have heard of it. You may not.
If you use a good enough bag, it's a fine option, especially if you get a good stand. Not to mention the computer I'm using now is an Apple laptop, and it's been in dutiful service for about two years now. It is functioning as well as a giant, box PC would function, without the box, and Apple has pioneered in the art of the compact, one needs only look at the Imac to see my meaning. Of course, there's no point debating the obvious, is there?
