With a Mac you can do everything- even run windows. If u have a pc then you will be lucky if you can get 2 hours of battery life. If you have a Mac you can get like 7 hours of battery.
You are limited. The software and hardware companies are different. You get viruses. You crash and freeze. You are slow. You wish you were a Mac. You were made with cheap plastic from china that doesn't last for long. The only operating system you can run is windows. So what cool apps do you have? Clock. Calculator. Well pc, that sounds like hours of fun.
Just see some I'm a Mac commercials on YouTube or something.
That stopped airing those commercials because of security issues Mac OS was having.

I had a custom built windows laptop that got 5-6 hours of battery life, while gaming.
You are limited.
Mostly by your computer skills.
The software and hardware companies are different.
And? Apple doesn't make the parts for its computers.
You get viruses.
So does Mac OS. The difference is Microsoft admits they exist and the various anti virus software companies release patches almost immediately. On Mac OS if you get a virus they give you a new computer.
You crash and freeze.
Only if the user doesn't know what they are doing, but that happens to Mac OS too.
You are slow.
See above answer.
You wish you were a Mac.
If I did I would put Mac OS on a computer I built. Since I didn't do that I clearly don't want a Mac.
You were made with cheap plastic from china that doesn't last for long.
The computer parts in Macs and windows PCs are the same. The only parts that aren't are Apples metal cases on laptops that cause overheating problems.
The only operating system you can run is windows.
Or any of the hundreds of Linux OSes, or even Mac OS if I really wanted too.
So what cool apps do you have?
Apps? We aren't talking about phones here. We are talking about computers. Where Windows has significantly more programs made for it than Mac OS has.
Well pc, that sounds like hours of fun.
Windows PCs have thousands of games that aren't on Mac OS, so yes there are hours of fun.
I prefer pc because I want to update\\downgrade my hardware , I don't have mutch room so its nice to have a screen at my preference I also don't think it's price\\preformence ratio is worth it.
I like Macs a lot better. For one thing, on most Mac keyboards they have a button that lights up when Caps Lock is on, so those of us who only look at the keyboard when typing don't type entire pages in Caps Lock. Windows usually don't have this. Also, I find that Macs generally are a lot easier to troubleshoot. On a Windows, you have to give double the passwords and button clicks to fix the same problem as on a Mac. Finally, I like the Mac interface better. To me, it just seems as a whole more smooth and easy to use. I have both Mac and Windows at my house, though, because there are lots of programs that only run on one or the other.
PC because it's more reliable and has more programs.
Not really.
I would argue that PC are definitely more reliable, and no one can argue that Macs have more programs.
Plus it's personal.
So is Mac.
Macs are controlled by Apple even after you buy them. PCs on the other hand are controlled by you, making them personal.

All keyboards have that.

Mac OS doesn't give an error reports, making troubleshooting almost impossible. Windows on the other hand gives you everything you need to know what the problem is.
I think people who have never owned both a mac and a PC shouldn't be allowed on this thread.
I personally prefer a PC over a mac. PC -About half the price of a mac -More programs (I'm not talking about commercial video games, simply small utilities you download on the web) -Flash
MAC -Virus control is easier. Still, a lot is changing. OSX viruses are becoming more widespread and come on, fighting viruses isn't hard if you aren't a complete fool. -Good for everyday use, not so good for high-end usage, with the exception of the 'extremely' powerful models, which cost at least 3200$.
